2013 Recap :Year of MORE BALLS +++

Happy New Year!!! 2013 was a pretty mammoth 12 months... I got a passport, swam in the ocean for the first time, helped host another food media forum, bought a dang house and, most importantly, it was the Year of MORE BALLS! And now is the part where it gets bittersweet.... 2014 will not be another "balls" year. Don't fret, I'm not done making balls. The past 2 years have been so fun, and I love that people think of me when they hear "Balls." But it's time to roll on. You see, 2014 is Iron Stef's TEN YEAR blogiversary!! 10 damn years! So, taking a cue from my logo, 2014 will be the YEAR OF THE.....


....drumroll.....

EGG!

The end of the balls is bittersweet- I sure have enjoyed your many balls. But thankfully you are somewhat keeping with the spherical shape with your upcoming egg posts. I look forward to seeing what you cook up!
