Recipes I must try SOOOON:
Roasted Curried Cauliflower.
Coconut Lime Macaroons.
Curry Potato & Spinach soup with lots 'o yummy fixins.
These Banana Muffins:
1/4 cup of margarine or butter
2 cups of brown sugar, lightly measured (not packed)
in a separate cup mix
2 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp hot water
add to the banana mixture
3 cups of flour
1 tsp salt.
Mix lightly, till blended, don't over mix.
bake at 375 for 20 minutes, makes 24 muffins.

On the non-recipe front, I should think about contributing to this nifty project.
